TERMS & CONDITIONS (Last updated 9th July 2026)

FindPRO is a UAE-based online classified directory and technology platform that helps individuals and businesses discover, compare and connect directly with PROs (Public Relations Officers), business professionals and PRO agencies (collectively, “PROs”). FindPRO is owned and operated by M/s PRO-VIA Portal Est. and SJP Legnocrats (SMC-Private) Limited (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using findpro.ae, proservicesinuae.com, our mobile applications or any related service (the “Services”), you (the “User”, whether a PRO or a Visitor/Client) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

What FindPRO Is — and Is Not

  • FindPRO is a directory and connection platform only. FindPRO is not a PRO agency, typing centre, taxation service provider, or legal/business consultancy, and does not itself provide any PRO, government-liaison, typing or advisory services.
  • The Company is not a licensing body or professional regulator. PROs are independent individuals or businesses; a listing on FindPRO is not a certification, endorsement, guarantee or accreditation of any PRO’s identity, qualifications, licence or quality of work.
  • Any engagement or contract for services is strictly between the Visitor/Client and the PRO. The Company is not a party to it and bears no responsibility for it.

Eligibility

To use the Services you must (a) be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract; (b) provide true, accurate and current information; and (c) use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

PRO Obligations & Honesty (Anti-Fake)

By creating or maintaining a profile, each PRO represents, warrants and continuously undertakes that:

  • All information you submit (name, photo, contact details, Emirates ID / trade licence where requested, services and experience) is true, current and genuinely your own, and you will keep it accurate.
  • You are a genuine, active PRO / business professional lawfully operating in the UAE and entitled to offer the services you list.
  • You will not impersonate any person or entity, create fake, duplicate or misleading profiles, use another person’s photo or credentials, or misrepresent your identity, licence, affiliation or capabilities.
  • You will deal with clients honestly, professionally and lawfully, and will not use the platform for fraud, misleading offers or any illegal activity.

Prohibited Conduct (All Users)

  • Posting false, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, obscene or unlawful content.
  • Impersonating others or creating fake, multiple or bot accounts.
  • Harvesting, scraping, copying, reselling or bulk-collecting PRO contact details or any platform data, or using them for spam, marketing lists or any purpose other than a genuine, direct enquiry for PRO services.
  • Circumventing the platform: after connecting through FindPRO, Users must not solicit, receive or pay fees, commissions or consultation charges off-platform in a manner that evades or defrauds the Company, nor use the FindPRO name to collect money.
  • Uploading malware, attempting to breach security, overloading, reverse-engineering or interfering with the Services.
  • Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or Company staff.

Verification, Suspension & Removal (Company’s Rights)

The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, verify any User; request identity or licence documents; and reject, edit, suspend, downgrade, hide, ban or permanently remove any profile, listing, review or account, and refuse service to anyone — particularly where we suspect fake identity, fraud, impersonation, unprofessional or unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms. We may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant UAE authorities.

Penalties for Fraud / Fake Profiles

Any person who registers, poses or holds themselves out as a genuine PRO / professional through fraud, fake identity or misrepresentation shall be liable to pay a penalty of AED 20,000 to the Company, their profile shall be removed without notice, and they may be permanently banned and reported to the authorities — without prejudice to any other legal remedy available to the Company or to affected Users.

No Guarantee — Use at Your Own Risk

  • Listings, premium/featured profiles, enhanced placements and banners increase visibility only; they do not guarantee enquiries, leads, clients, income or any result.
  • The Company does not verify, and cannot guarantee, the identity, licence, honesty, quality or outcome of any PRO’s work. Visitors/Clients must independently verify a PRO’s identity, credentials and suitability before engaging or paying them, and deal with PROs entirely at their own risk.

Fees, Payments & Refunds

Certain features (premium/featured profiles, enhanced listings, banners and software subscriptions) are paid. Fees are described at the point of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law. The Company takes no share of, and is not responsible for, any fees agreed between a PRO and a Client.

Content, Reviews & Intellectual Property

Users are responsible for the content they post and grant the Company a licence to display it; the Company may moderate or remove content but is not obliged to monitor it and is not liable for User-generated content. The FindPRO name, brand, software, design and compiled directory data are the property of the Company and may not be copied, scraped or reused without written permission.

Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any dispute, loss, damage, fraud, non-performance or misconduct arising between a PRO and a Client or from reliance on any listing; any Company liability is limited to the amount you paid to the Company in the three (3) months before the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Privacy, Changes & Governing Law

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version at https://proservicesinuae.com/tc; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE shall have jurisdiction — without FindPRO acting as, or claiming the authority of, any professional regulatory body.

Acceptance

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms as if signed by you. If you do not agree, please do not use FindPRO.
