The initial discussion is for case assessment only. Legal advice requires formal engagement. No confidential information should be shared until a signed agreement is in place. My policy for free consultation is as follows; *. Only for new clients (especially the needy ones) *. Phone/Video only (not in-depth document review) *. Complex corporate disputes are excluded, i.e., regulatory investigations, contract breaches, due diligence queries, etc.

• Contingent Fees

It is a concept that depends upon winning the case or achieving a specific result. As it reflects risk, that's why higher hourly rates are applicable. My Policy in this regard is as follows; *. It is only allowed in civil suits, i.e., suits for damages, recovery of claims, or enforcement cases. *. It is not allowed in criminal cases, family disputes (divorce, custody, etc.), or advisory work (compliance, contract drafting) *. It must be written between the parties. *. Terms and Conditions must be followed by the parties. *. It will be split into * parts: Hybrid Model (Retainer Fee + Success Fee + Miscellaneous Expenses) *. The percentage of Hybrid Model Fee will be decided by mutual understanding and the free will of the parties.

For any other services that will arise in the court proceedings and during the pendency of the suit/case, the client will bear the extra cost. A notice will served in this regard.
