Ejari Registration PROs in Dubai
Ejari is the Dubai Land Department's tenancy registration system, administered through RERA. Every tenancy contract in Dubai must be registered on it. An unregistered contract is not simply an administrative gap — without an Ejari certificate you cannot connect DEWA, sponsor a family visa against the tenancy, obtain a trade licence at that address, or file a rental dispute.
What a PRO does
Registration, renewal and cancellation, and correcting the mismatches that block it — usually a contract that disagrees with the title deed, or a landlord record that is out of date.
Why it stalls
- Contract details not matching the DLD title deed exactly.
- Missing landlord passport or title documentation.
- A prior Ejari on the same unit never cancelled by the previous tenant.
